Stock for Sale

Celestial Farms is on a annual calving program, with calves being born in March and April  and again in late summer / early fall. We have a limited number of calves available each year to choose from. Our animals come from outstanding bloodlines. The following animals are only a sample of what we have for sale and any of these animals would make a great addition to your herd. Bred Cows / Heifers 

Wolfmere's Cayenne 

Cayenne was a new addition to our herd this last year. She had a great heifer calf out of Celestial Eclipse pictured to the right. Cayenne has nice conformation and a larger frame size. She is bred back to Nova for a 2010 calf. Cayenne is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 3 for 1 package. She can also be sold as a bred cow.

Celestial Elera

Elera is one on our first foundation cows. She is very deep in the body and has great confirmation. She has produced a number of great calves including a national grand champion bull. This last year she had a very powerful red heifer. Elera is bred back to Nova for a 2010 calf. Elera is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 3 for 1 package. She can also be sold as a bred cow.

 

 

Lane End Daisy

Lane End Daisy came to us never having a Dexter calf. Her first Dexter calf is one of the nicest heifers born on our place. Daisy has real nice conformation and a larger frame size. She carries red and  is bred back to Nova for a 2010 calf. She  is being sold as a bred cow.  

 

 

Springs Cherry Blossom 

Blossom is a great little cow. She had a real nice heifer calf out of Nova this year pictured to the right. She has nice conformation with a medium frame size. Blossom caries dun and she is bred back to Nova for a 2010 calf. She is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 3 for 1 package. She can also be sold as a bred cow. 

Obannon Cow # 30

This cow came to our place from back east. She has great confirmation and a great udder. She had a nice heifer calf out of Nova pictured to the right.  She is bred back to Nova for a 2010 calf. Boo as we call her,  is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 3 for 1 package. She can also be sold as a bred cow. 

 

Obannon Cow # 33

Spook as we call her, also came to us from Back east. She has great confirmation and a great udder. She had a nice heifer calf out of Nova pictured to the right.  She is bred back to Nova for a 2010 calf. She is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 3 for 1 package. Celestial Athena

Celestial Jata

Jata  is a great little cow.  She has great confirmation really well built.  Milk is in her background. She had a nice red heifer calf for her first one out of Nova pictured to the right.  She is bred back to Nova for 2010 red calf.  Jatta is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 3 for 1 package. Celestial Kalani

Kalani is a great little cow.  She was bred early and has a great little red bull calf at her side born Nov 5, 2009. This little horned cow is open right now and ready to go in with your bull. Kalani is being sold as a Cow-Calf pair bred back.  This is a 2 for 1 package.

Celestial Sanuye

This 2008 red heifer is going to be a looker. This girl is out of Obannon Cow #30 and is a great mix of traditional, eastern and English bloodlines. This horned heifer is long and has great confirmation. She is bred back to Nova for 2010 red calf.  Sanuye is being sold as a bred heifer.

2009 Heifer  Calves 

This years heifer crop is one of the best in years. All of these young girls look great. For those people wanting to milk, these girls are going to make excellent milking prospects. They are out of a very milky bull. Those looking for foundation beef cows, these girls have what it takes to start your herd.

This little red heifer has got attitude.  Stocky heifer that will be a carrier. She is horned and has great bloodlines and from a very milky bull. She is very correct. She is going to be a great little cow as she matures.

Great red heifer. Very deep in the body and very nice. She is horned and has great bloodlines and from a very milky bull. She is very correct. She is going to be a great little cow as she matures.

Another  great red heifer. Very deep in the body and very nice. Here full sister is her on the farm and has one of the nicest udder on a dexter I have seen. She is very correct with a little larger frame. She is going to be a great addition to any herd.

Nice heifer from one of my best cows. Her full sister is on a farm in WA being milked everyday and producing well. Her Dam has an outstanding udder. She has really nice confirmation. For those looking for a milking prospect, she might be the one .

Like her sister above, this girl  is a great mix of traditional, eastern and English bloodlines. This heifer has a really great personality and is really curious.  She is very square with great confirmation.  She too carries red from her Sire and would make a great milking prospect as well.

The rain does not do this heifer any justice. she is very nice. Her dams second calf, she is has a nice topline and nice depth of body. Her dam has one of the nicest udders I have seen on a Dexter. She is going to make a great addition to any herd.

This heifer is out of one of my favorite cows. It has been a hard decision to put her up for sale as she would make a great fit here, well put together she has a great frame and milk in her background. She has the making for a great foundation cow.

This is the only bull that Celestial Farms will be offering for sale this year. He is an outstanding looking animal. With great confirmation and an abundance of milk in his background he is going to make a great herd sire. He will put udders on your heifers from his mother and beef on your steers as well. This little bull is rock solid and will make a great addition and improvement to any herd.

Celestial Farms uses a sales agreement for the mutual protection of both the buyer and seller.  We will email (or snail mail) you a copy of this contract for your review prior to purchase. 

Sale prices include: 

  • Veterinary Certificate of Health Inspection if required for cattle to cross state lines.
  • Registration papers transferred to the buyer.
  • Five-generation pedigree of animal.
  • Animal Binder including health papers, photos of dam, sire misc. items
  • Copies of DNA testing for colour if applicable
